Number of invitations: the Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration invited 1415 persons to apply for permanent selection.

Date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank: August 5, 2024 at 6:25 a.m.

These invitations were addressed to the persons meeting the following criteria:

- they had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français  (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
- they had a score equal to or greater than 576 points.

These invitations were also addressed to people meeting the following criterion:

- they had a level 7oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français  (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
- they had a valid job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
