The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held four draws on April 8, 2026, issuing a total of 1,828 invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates across healthcare, Francophone, physician, and regional streams.


Employer Job Offer Foreign Worker stream: Physicians invited

On April 8, 2026, we issued 15 invitations to apply to physicians who may qualify for the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream.

Candidates with a score of 43 and above received an invitation. Candidates must have a job offer in one of the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:

NOC 31100 - Specialists in clinical and laboratory medicine
NOC 31101 - Specialists in surgery
NOC 31102 - General practitioners and family physicians



Employer Job Offer streams: Francophone candidates invited

On April 8, 2026, we issued 146 invitations to apply to Francophone candidates who may qualify for the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker, International Student or In-Demand Skills streams. Candidates must currently reside in Canada with a valid work or study permit and have an official language score of CLB 5 or higher in French.

Candidates with a score of 35 and above received an invitation under the Foreign Worker stream. Candidates must have a job offer in one of the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:

On April 8, 2026, we issued 32 invitations to apply to candidates who may qualify for the REDI pilot under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker, International Student or In-Demand Skills streams. Candidates must currently reside in Canada with a valid work or study permit and have a job offer in Lanark or Leeds and Grenville.

Candidates with a score of 46 and above received an invitation under the Foreign Worker stream. Candidates must have a job offer in one of the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:
